EA-Stone Group was founded by Chad Williams, a United States Marine Corps Veteran who has served in both Iraq and Afghanistan and is still currently serving in the reserves. Chad has been in the construction industry for over 25 years, working in residential, commercial, hospitality, and custom millwork. He saw an opportunity several years ago when the technology became available to process stone into thin stone veneers and thought it would be a great way to reduce the impact on the environment, take the weight out of a heavy natural resource, and marry it with wood to make furniture and case goods in a millwork environment. Chad brings the military mindset to the business and will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. He will be the first one to tell you if the product is not a good fit for your project because he cares about every square foot of the material and wants it represented properly. His vision is to employ service member veterans to teach them valuable skills in a new skilled trade and provide them with a healthy work environment while encouraging creative thinking.
